TERMS OF SERVICE

*By commissioning me you are agreeing to my Terms of Service in it’s entirety.

Please dont try to make conversation/small talk with me,
if u want order something or ask anything just start with that!!!
I wont respond to blank "Hi" in my dms.

When ordering you must keep in mind:
• I can refuse to do your commission or take charges if i will be working with character descriptions or shaded/traditional references, complex character, or if im not comfortable doing your commission.
• You can give me theme, pose, expression etc. desired in commissioning piece before i start the work.
• Please describe as much details as needed when ordering, and be clear with what you want if you want something specific.
• If wanted i can do multiple sketches to choose from, but each sketch will cost (depends on type).My art is always changing and evolving, some finished pieces may not always look like the examples provided here, if u want your commission to look like specific example please tell me that when ordering.

COMMISSIONS
• The payment is for a digital art work that is custom made according to the customers order and no physical item will be shipped to the client.
• It is your responsibility to save your commission after is done, there's a chance that I'll either delete or store older artworks and I will not go back to it to send it do you.

PAYMENT
• All payment should be in USD. Via PayPal. Exception is payment in PLN if you are from Poland.
• I will ask you to provide your email adress for invoice or give you my paypal.me link!
• Payment is due in full up front or after sketch.
• You must be able to send payment within 48 hours;
If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will cancel your order.
• You can request refund if I haven’t started your commission. If commission is started i will leave to myself price of stage that art is on.
• Once the work is completed I cannot refund the commission.

TIME
• My turnaround time can be from 1-day to 1-month. (I mostly trying to do my commissions as fast as i can but bigger ones will need more time).
• Reminders are totaly fine cuz im tempt to forget (im sorry).
• I dont always do commissions chronologically.
• If u want your commission done by specified date please tell me that on the start!

ARTIST AND COMMISSIONER
• By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.
• The commissioner, and only the commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to any of my galleries.
• Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

• You may not claim my work to be your own, edit it without my knowledge or set it up for redistribution.

NSFW terms
• You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content.
• I will charge more for nsfw commissions and price can depent on each pice.
• I can refuse to do art for you if im not comfortable wit the idea.
• I wont draw characters under 18 yrs, any kind of fetish, illegal and un-consensual themes.
• By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.
