ORDERINGWhen ordering you must keep in mind:-I can refuse to do your commission or take charges if i will be working with character descriptions or shaded/traditional references.-You can give me theme, pose, expression etc. desired in commissioning piece before i start the work.
If you won't and not satisfied with how wip is looking i can do only major changes (expression), with bigger changes (poses, backgrounds)you will need to pay.-Please describe as much details as needed when ordering, and be clear with what you want.-If wanted i can do multiple sketches to choose from, but each sketch will cost (depends on type).My art is always changing and evolving, some finished pieces may not always look like the examples provided here, if u want your commission to look like specific example please tell me that when ordering.
COMMISSIONSThe payment is for a digital art work that is custom made according to the customers order and no physical item will be shipped to the client.-I can or can try to draw any animal, humanoids, humans and beasts. No complex mecha please, robotic parts are ok but will cost more.-If you’re unsure about anything, please don’t be afraid to ask.-It is your responsibility to save your commission after is done, there's a chance that I'll either delete or store older artworks and I will not go back to it to send it do you.-You may request me to fix your commission only if it was my own mistake, not by lack of reference/information.
Please be specific and clear with the changes you want to be made.-I always provide WIPS on every stage (sketch, color, shades+finishing touches)
Im okay with redlines on sketch and lineart stage (but i may refuse to do changes in lineart).
PAYMENT-All payment should be in USD. Via paypal, or in certain occasions, deviantart points.
(Przyjmuję również przelew bankowy w złotówkach).-I will either request your email for an invoice or ask for you to send the money directly to my paypal.-Payment is due in full up front or after sketch.-You must be able to send payment within 48 hours;
If the payment is not sent within 48 hours and no reason has been given, I will cancel your order.-You can request refund if I haven’t started your commission.
If commission is started i will leave to myself price of stage that art is on.-Once the work is completed I cannot refund the commission.
TIME
-My turnaround time can be from 1-day to 1-month. (I mostly trying to do my commissions as fast as i can but bigger ones will need more time)
-Reminders are totaly fine cuz im tempt to forget ( im sorry ).
-I dont always do commissions chronically
-If u want your commission done by specified date please tell me that on the start!
ARTIST AND COMMISSIONER-By commissioning me, you’re purchasing my artist labor only. I retain all copyrights over my work, which include but are not limited to the right to reproduce or use the image as a sample for sales/self-promotion.-The commissioner, and only the commissioner may upload the work done for them to their site as long as it is credited and/or linked back to any of my galleries.-Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display.

If any of the rules are broken, the commissioner will be put on a blacklist and will not be able to get any future commissions/adoptables/art from me.
